Refund policy
At Drafthaus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened, installed, assembled, or used:
- Beer taps and faucet systems
- Kegerator towers
- Tubing and liquid components
- CO2-related accessories
- Mini kegs and growlers
- Bottle coolers and insulated products
- Customized or personalized products
- Any item showing signs of use, installation, liquid exposure, scratches, odor, or damage
Any product that has been opened, connected, tested, used, or partially installed is considered non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution if eligible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The item was used or opened
- Parts are missing
- The product is damaged after delivery
- The return does not meet our policy requirements
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
